By accessing or using Fulvera AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must use the product only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Saved conversations and AI outputs may be stored in your account so you can revisit prior work and restore supported feature history.

The service uses a credits system for supported AI features. Credit balances are displayed in your account dashboard when paid credit purchases are available.

Predefined packages and approved custom amounts may be purchased through our payment provider. Credits are added to your account after successful payment confirmation.

Credits can only be used within your Fulvera AI account for supported features.

Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the platform.

Resume Optimizer currently uses 2 credits per successful run. JD Matcher uses 2 credits per successful run. Mock Interview uses 2 credits each time AI feedback is generated for your response, as communicated in-product.

We may update feature pricing, usage limits, package offerings, or operational rules over time. Material billing changes will be reflected in the product and supporting policies.

Fulvera AI provides AI-assisted career guidance only. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring decisions, job placement, or the factual accuracy of generated output.

This service is intended for professional development purposes only.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it.

You may delete saved conversations from your account history when you no longer want them stored.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, or submit harmful or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, operational, or security risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
