Private Service Use

Fulvera AI does not provide a public user-generated content publishing platform. User-submitted resumes, job descriptions, interview responses, prompts, and related materials are processed privately for the purpose of providing requested AI-assisted services and are not publicly displayed through Fulvera AI.

Private processing does not mean that content remains solely on your device. Submitted materials may be processed by our service providers and saved in your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Submit only material that you are authorized to use.

Prohibited Content and Activity

The following content and uses are prohibited across submissions, prompts, requests, and account activity.

1. Child sexual abuse or exploitation material

   Content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or solicits the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

2. Illegal sexual content

   Unlawful sexual material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.

3. Graphic violence or credible threats

   Graphic violence intended to glorify harm, or credible threats, incitement, or instructions to harm people.

4. Terrorism or extremist activity

   Promotion, recruitment, financing, or operational assistance for terrorism or violent extremist activity.

5. Hate, harassment, or targeted abuse

   Hateful attacks, discriminatory abuse, stalking, intimidation, or targeted harassment of individuals or groups.

6. Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive activity

   Scams, identity deception, fraudulent applications, fabricated credentials, or impersonation intended to mislead others.

7. Illegal goods or services

   Offers, promotion, or assistance for the sale, distribution, or procurement of unlawful goods or services.

8. Malware, malicious code, credential theft, or cyber abuse

   Malicious software, phishing, theft of passwords or account information, unauthorized access, or attacks on systems.

9. Intellectual property infringement

   Material you do not have the rights or permission to use, or requests intended to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

10. Unlawful misuse of AI systems

    Attempts to use AI to facilitate unlawful conduct, evade lawful access restrictions, or circumvent platform safeguards for prohibited purposes.

Enforcement

Where appropriate, Fulvera AI may block content, restrict use of certain features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or investigate activity that appears to violate this policy, applicable law, or platform security requirements.

The response depends on the circumstances and available information. This policy does not represent a promise that every submission will be reviewed or every violation detected.

Reporting and Review Requests

Report suspected misuse or request review of an account restriction through the contact form or the contact email above. Include your account email and relevant context. Do not send illegal material, passwords, or payment card details.
